Simple Dow Chart Analysis.

If you look at the Dow chart below what do you think? Do you think we are going to steady come back with the stock market?

Right before the crash last October, it was 10831 and the lowest point was 6547 on this 3/9/09. Now that we are at the 8500 level, would it be a good time to jump in? Will the market come alive continuously?

I guess, it will get better by the end of the year, but I wonder if now is a good time to jump in. Maybe I should wait some more and carefully watch the market next week.
