By buy to cover orders, there are four ways in which to place against your stock purchases. When you buy coverage on a stock order, have agreed that you buy stock at the price shares, however, because there is a delay between the time when the approval to buy the stock and ‘ actual transaction, a price difference may occur. You could end up paying more than expected for each stock, or an amount considerably less than the warehouse, which is what they are willing to. You can also buy to cover limit orders, which guarantees that they will not pay over the price limit.
